Returns and Exchange

Capstar has a no questions asked refund/exchange guarantee. If you are unhappy with your product we offer an exchange or refund within 30 days of purchase. In all cases, products must be in its original condition which includes original stickers and any packaging, along with a copy of the invoice. All products will be inspected on return.

Shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer. The product will be your responsibility until Capstar receives the return. Capstar is not responsible for any products that are lost or damaged.

To return a product to Capstar simply email info@capstar.com.au detailing your reasons and a copy of your invoice. Once Capstar receives your email, you will be contacted with a return address.
