How do I track my order?

We will send you an email once your order has been shipped. You can also log into your account to check on the progress of your order.

Who do you send with?

All orders are sent with Australia Post.

How much is shipping?

Shipping within Australia is free for orders over $50. For orders under $50 a flat rate of $7.95 will incur.

Do you send internationally?

Yes, we do ship internationally.

New Zealand – $20

International (Other) – $25

Prices do not include relevant overseas custom duties and/or other taxes that you may incur. You may be liable for import and/or customs duties upon arrival of your package in your local country.

What payment options do you offer?

At checkout you can choose to pay with your credit card (visa, mastercard) or through Paypal. Our payment provider is secure pay. For more information you can find out their details here www.securepay.com.au

What is Capstar’s return/exchange policy?

If you are unhappy with your product then we will gladly offer a refund or exchange. We just ask that you return the items in its original condition with any stickers or tags attached. Returned items that are damaged or without their original stickers, tags may be sent back to you.

Please note: International orders cannot be refunded or exchanged at this time.

How do I return an item?

To return an item to Capstar simply email info@capstar.com.au detailing your reasons and your order number. Once we receive your email, you will be contacted with a return address and further instructions.
